HELP WITH YOUR AQUARIUM

A little help for your underwater world.

For gameplay help, a purchase problem, or a privacy question, contact Keller Creations. Include your app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

Coin purchases

Coin packs are optional purchases handled by Apple. If a purchase was interrupted, use Retry store in the coin shop and allow the transaction to finish. Coins already spent are not restored as new coins. For billing and refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Save and iCloud backup

Your aquarium saves on your device. Optional iCloud backup stores a copy in your own iCloud account. Importing replaces local progress and does not merge two aquariums or coin balances. Use one device at a time for the same backup. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting a save issue.

Feeding reminders

Reminders are optional local notifications. Enable them in the game and allow notifications in your device settings. Delivery depends on your device settings; check your fish’s care countdown in the game.

Aquarium photos

The game asks only to add aquarium images to your photo library. It does not need access to your existing photos. You can change photo permissions in device settings.

Fish Bowl Simulator is a fictional game. Its tank sizes, fish combinations, feeding rules, and revival mechanics are not real animal-care advice.
